Work With Me

A conversation,
not a curriculum.

1-on-1 calls for women who want to talk through where they are, with someone who has been there, and isn't going to hand them a worksheet about it.

This might be for you

Some of what I hear
on first calls.

“I don’t think I have a problem, but I think about it more than I want to.”

“I’ve tried before. I lasted a few weeks and then something happened and I went back.”

What women say

From the first call to
months in.

“I’ve been the person who has everything figured out, publicly, for a long time, and the first call with Lexi was the first time in years I said something true out loud that I hadn’t already pre-packaged into something acceptable.”

K., 38

“I didn’t need saving. I needed someone who could see the gap between what I was saying and what was true, without treating it like an emergency, and that’s exactly what I got.”

T., 31
What sessions look like

No agenda brought in
on my end.

01

We start with where you are

Not where you think you should be, and not with a framework I’m trying to fit you into. The first call is just: what brought you here, and what are you hoping comes out of this.

02

I bring lived experience

Six years of failed attempts, a lot of close calls, and two years on the other side of it. I know what the conversation sounds like from both seats, and I’m not going to pretend I have the answers for your specific life.

03

You leave with something concrete

Not a homework assignment. Something you wanted to think about before you got off the call, based on what came up in the conversation.

04

We meet as many times as is useful

Some people want one call to get clear on something. Others come back weekly for a few months while they’re building the early days. There’s no package you have to buy into.

Before you book

What this isn’t.

These are peer support conversations, and they work best when you already want to have them. If you’re in acute crisis or need clinical mental health support, the most honest thing I can do is point you toward someone who is trained for that, because I’m not.

I can talk about what early sobriety felt like in my body, what I tried that didn’t work, what the first year looked like from the inside, and how I started building a working life around recovery. That’s the lane I’m in.

Important: I’m not a licensed therapist or medical professional, and these sessions are not a substitute for clinical care. If you’re managing withdrawal, co-occurring mental health conditions, or anything that requires a diagnosis, please speak with a qualified provider.
