This is for you if

You're newly sober, sober-curious, or trying again.

You're committed to showing up for the process for 30 days.
You're up Googling sobriety-related things at 1am instead of sleeping.
You're done with rehab-brochure language and advice that sounds good but doesn't help at 8pm.
You want something specific to do on the days that feel impossible.
Inside the workbook

Digestible structure.

01

Four phases across thirty days

Each page has reflection prompts and one 5–10 minute action with a grounding idea. This is built to be far from overwhelming, and sustainable for someone who can’t put their entire life on pause.

02

A crisis card for cravings

This is the most “clinical” exercise inside the entire workbook, but I promise it’s helpful. In this card, you’ll be prompted to think through certain scenarios and set up a game plan for yourself just in case you need it.

03

“Now What” worksheets

This might be my favorite part of the entire workbook. It’s created to help you start getting excited and prepared for life after you’re comfortable with sobriety. It includes career re-entry worksheets, a 90-day plan, social explanation scripts and some other tidbits.

Increased health

One month of abstinence improves liver function, insulin resistance, blood pressure, liver fat, blood glucose, and weight.

Increased nervous system regulation

You’ll have practiced naming the moments that used to end in a drink and practice retraining your brain.

An ongoing plan

This workbook carefully walks you through the next 30, 60 and 90 days to help make this process feel sustainable.

What women are saying

From those who have done the first 30.

“Today I’m approaching 90 days of sobriety, and that’s something I once thought was impossible. Alexis’s support has been vital in helping me reach this.”

Isabella C. · @thumbsuck

“I discovered Alexis during one of the most challenging times in my life, and every conversation gave me the encouragement I needed to keep moving forward.”

Questions

What exactly do I get?

A 30-page PDF workbook, one page per day across four phases. Each page has one grounding idea, two reflection prompts, and one action that takes 5–10 minutes. Includes a crisis card and “Now What” worksheets for after day 30. Printable or fillable on-screen.

Do I need to be on day one?

No. The phases are built around common turning points in early sobriety, not a strict calendar. Jumping in on week two or three still works.

Is this a replacement for therapy or a treatment program?

No. It's a daily companion for the day-to-day moments that treatment doesn't always cover, built to sit alongside whatever support you already have. If you've been drinking heavily or daily, talk to a doctor before or as you stop.

Do I need to identify as an alcoholic to use this?

No labels required. The workbook is built for anyone with a question they're ready to take seriously, whatever form it's taken for them.

30 pages. One per day.
